Mattel's Barbie calendar for 2025 (JFL66) was a fantasy box: a Barbie doll with long pink hair on day one, then 24 doors of pieces that turn her into a mermaid, a royal or a fairy, a mermaid tail, a long skirt, clip-on wings, dress-up headbands, two pairs of shoes, a comb, and fantasy pets, a mini unicorn, a kitty, a starfish and a seahorse with a pet bed. Mattel printed the themes rather than a door list: a doll, clothes and accessories for three looks, five pet and pet pieces, and a child-sized bracelet with a star charm for the owner.
