A digital advent calendar is an advent calendar that lives on a screen instead of in a box: numbered doors, one for each day of the countdown, each holding something to read, watch or listen to. On Advent Center the calendar is a web page that opens one door a day from the date you choose, and the whole thing travels inside a single link.

Yes. The builder on this page makes one in the browser: name it, choose how many doors, put a note, a photo, a video, a song or a link behind each one, then copy the link it gives you. No account, no download, no cost.

Yes, all of it. Every kind of door, every length up to 31 days, and as many calendars as you like. There is no paid tier, no watermark, and nothing held back for later.

Send the link. That is the whole gift: the recipient opens it on any phone, tablet or computer, from anywhere in the world, and the doors unlock one a day from the date you set. Copy it into a message, use your phone's share sheet, or type their email address under the builder and we send it for you, with a copy to your own inbox. No shipping, and no account on their side.

Yes, the same builder does it. Put a discount code, a booking page, a video or a message behind each door and send one link to a whole team or mailing list. Five kinds of thing: a note (anything you can type), a photo (uploaded, or pasted by address), a YouTube or Vimeo video, a Spotify track, album or playlist, and a link to any page on the web, such as a recipe, a booking or a discount code. The builder recognises what you pasted and shows you the result before you send it.

No. The calendar works in any browser, on mobile, tablet or desktop, for you while you build it and for them when they open it. Nothing is downloaded and nothing is installed.

Yes. Pick 12, 24 or 25 doors with one tap, or type any length from 1 to 31, and choose the day the first door opens. A countdown to New Year's Eve is 31 doors from 1 December; it does not have to be December at all.

Any calendar built here is for whoever you build it for: romantic notes, recipes, cocktails, a wellness challenge, gift cards. For couples and friends the doors tend to hold memories and plans rather than chocolate.

Yes. A calendar is a link, so it works for everyone you send it to — one person, a family, or a whole team. Each person's progress is remembered in their own browser, so nobody opens a door on anybody else's behalf.

Nowhere. The whole calendar is packed into the link itself, and the part of a link that carries it is never sent to a server — not even ours. That is why there is no account to make and nothing to delete afterwards. It also means the link is the only copy, so keep it somewhere safe: sending it by email from the builder puts a copy in your own inbox.
