Boomers Gourmet, a spice maker in Bad Schwartau near Lübeck, fills its 2026 spice calendar by hand with 24 of its own blends, 350 g in all, behind a front painted as Lübeck's old town at Christmas with a Ferris wheel, a market stall and Father Christmas on his sleigh. The door list is printed in the shop's gallery with weights and ingredients: scrambled egg seasoning on day one, then sandwich spice, chip salt, avocado and bruschetta blends, Italian and salad herbs, fried potato and mushroom pan seasonings, vegetable stock, a Hanseatic pepper mix, Umami Crunch, harissa, piri-piri, a BBQ rub, smoked salmon and fried fish blends, a roast poultry mix, mulled wine spice, vanilla sugar, Sicilian lemon salt, Tropical Island, and golden milk turmeric latte on the 24th.
Each door has a recipe behind a QR code. 39.99 EUR from Boomers Gourmet's own shop, in stock when checked on 2 November 2026.
