Dandelion Chocolate's 2026 calendar is 25 original confections from 24 chocolatiers, one a day in a round navy box of ornament-shaped boxes illustrated by the Danish artist Lisa Grue, on a theme of Nordic tales. The makers were picked in blind tastings and range from the San Francisco bean-to-bar house itself and its Tokyo sister to Recchiuti, Melissa Coppel, Thomas Haas, Knipschildt, Woodhouse and Forte.
An illustrated storybook of Nordic myths, a keepsake star for the window and a daily stargazing video from the folklorist Thomas DuBois come with it. The page names all 24 chocolatiers and their cities but none of the 25 confections, which are kept for the daily unveiling; each treat is labelled with its own ingredients and meant to be eaten within days of its box date.
