The rest of the doors come from HUSS, the incense-cone maker in Sehmatal-Neudorf in the Erzgebirge: twelve different scents of natural incense cones and a Karzl incense burner made for the calendar, plus a few small surprises the maker does not name. 42 EUR from the Herrnhuter Sterne shop, sold out when checked on 21 September 2026, with a limit of two per household; 49.99 EUR at Sterneshop Erzgebirge, an authorised dealer, also out of stock when checked.

Our verdict
A Moravian star in a colour made for one December, assembled a piece a day, with twelve scents of Erzgebirge incense and a burner beside it: two regional makers in one box, and the star hangs for years after. It is a builder's calendar more than a treat box, and the doors are mostly parts, but at 42 EUR the star alone is most of the price.
