About Hogokids Gingerbread Train 2026
Hogokids' 2026 calendar is a brick-built gingerbread train, set HG1085: a locomotive pulling three cars, each carrying a small shop (a coffee shop, a bakery and a gingerbread house), plus a Christmas tree, Santa, a gingerbread figure and a snowman. A door a day from 1 December builds it up, and two LED light bricks light the shops once it is finished.
The shops lift off the cars to stand as a little village, the roofs come off to reach a coffee machine, cups, a till, an oven and cakes inside, and the cars pivot at the joints so the train can curve. The bricks fit the major building-brick brands, so it joins an existing collection.
It is for ages 8 and up, and 42.99 USD at Amazon US.

Hogokids Gingerbread Train 2026 by the numbers
How each one is countedEvery figure is computed from the record at build time and set against the median of the same season and the same kind of contents. Door price is the price on the box over its doors; the value multiple is what the contents come to at retail over that price; full size is the retailer’s own marking. Where the record cannot support a figure, the page leaves it out rather than guessing. The definitions, one by one →Each figure against the median of this season's toys shelf — 83 calendars. Green is the better side of the median, red the worse; the median is printed so you can disagree.

Our Hogokids Gingerbread Train 2026 review
Our verdict
A lot of build for 43 USD: a train with three shops that light up and come apart for play. It is a brick-compatible brand rather than LEGO, and the listing cannot agree with itself on the piece count.
