About Mini Brands Books Advent Calendar 2026
Mini Brands Books is ZURU's book-lover's calendar for 2026, from its Books Series 2: a blue box printed as a bookcase, 24 numbered doors in the shelves and cupboards, that folds down onto a wooden-floor play mat. Behind the doors are 18 miniature books and 6 reading accessories.
The books are tiny replicas of real editions, with covers and printed pages, from classics such as Animal Farm, The Iliad, The Jungle Book and Agatha Christie's The Murder of Roger Ackroyd to Roald Dahl and Jane Austen. The accessories include a bookshelf, a reading lamp, a magnifying glass and a white cat.
ZURU says every calendar holds the same set, so two boxes never differ. 19.99 USD at Amazon.com, shipped and sold by Amazon, in stock when checked on 17 October 2026.

Mini Brands Books Advent Calendar 2026 by the numbers
How each one is countedEvery figure is computed from the record at build time and set against the median of the same season and the same kind of contents. Door price is the price on the box over its doors; the value multiple is what the contents come to at retail over that price; full size is the retailer’s own marking. Where the record cannot support a figure, the page leaves it out rather than guessing. The definitions, one by one →Each figure against the median of this season's toys shelf — 81 calendars. Green is the better side of the median, red the worse; the median is printed so you can disagree.

Our Mini Brands Books Advent Calendar 2026 review
Our verdict
Eighteen tiny books with real covers and pages, a lamp, a shelf and a cat, all in a box that becomes the bookcase they sit in. For about 20 dollars it is one of the better small-world calendars, and the fixed set means a reader gets a proper little library, not a lucky dip.
Reviewed by Max Zeshut · 2026 season · How we review
What works
- Eighteen real titles in miniature with printed pages
- The box folds out into a bookcase scene to display them
- Every box holds the same set, so no duplicates to chase
What does not
- Six of the 24 doors are furniture and props, not books
- Tiny parts: a collector's piece more than a toy for small children
