Franzis makes the build-a-model calendars: for 2026 the Porsche 911 Turbo, a 1:24 kit in Grand Prix white with a metal body assembled a piece a day without glue, a sound module that plays the engine, a display base and a companion book written with the Porsche Museum, for 129.95 EUR; the McLaren Racing calendar from 2025 stays for the record. One model and no surprises beyond the next parcel, which is the point, rated 4 out of 5: the calendar for the builder on the geeks page.

Pumuckl 2026
24 doors · €34.95 on the box · rated 3.5/5
Twenty-four small makes and experiments with the materials in the door, which suits a seven-year-old who likes doing more than eating chocolate. Some doors hold sharp tools and a long cord, so it is a calendar to open with a grown-up nearby.

24 doors · €29.95 on the box · rated 3.5/5
A proper whodunit spread over 24 days, with evidence to combine rather than a riddle a day that stands alone. It is paper and puzzles only, so once the culprit is named there is nothing left to keep.
