Mattel sells three advent calendars for 2026: Jurassic World's Visitor Center at 29.99 GBP, nineteen mini dinosaurs, a figure and four pieces of scenery, the best of the three at 4 out of 5; Disney Frozen at 24.99 GBP for the youngest; and Minecraft at 49.99 EUR, three action figures with a Krampus among them and fifteen accessories. Mattel publishes what is in each box and not which door holds it, which is why Frozen and Minecraft sit at 3.5 against LEGO's 4; the 2025 Polly Pocket calendar stays here for the record, and Barbie and Hot Wheels have pages of their own.

Mattel Minecraft 2026
24 doors · €49.99 on the box · rated 3.5/5
Three real figures at about 8 cm, a Krampus among them, and accessories that work with the rest of the range make it the Minecraft calendar for a child who already has the figures. Fifteen of the 23 surprises are accessories, five more are stickers, and it is the dearest of Mattel's three 2026 calendars.
Mattel Disney Frozen 2026
24 doors · £24.99 on the box · rated 3.5/5
Against 2025: down 14% to £24.99.
Three dolls and an Olaf in a 25 GBP calendar, in a box that doubles as the castle; the Frozen calendar for a child who wants dolls rather than LEGO. Mattel's own shops weren't selling it yet, the dolls can't stand, and the door order is a secret.
Jurassic World Island Visitor 2026
24 doors · £29.99 on the box · rated 4/5
Nineteen dinosaurs, a fence and a Visitor Center to put them behind, for under 30 GBP, and the box is the scene. Mattel doesn't name the species, and these are Jurassic Park Minis: small collectibles rather than the larger figures.

How to choose a Mattel advent calendar
- Step 01
Match the doors to the days
Every calendar here has 24 doors: a 24-door box opens one a day from 1 December to Christmas Eve. There is no shorter option in this category, so if it will arrive late, plan on opening the missed doors in order and carrying on. Every start date
- Step 02
Know which season you are buying
3 of the 8 here are 2026 editions, and 5 are last season's — still sold, often discounted, and with the contents already on the page. A brand's page keeps every edition together, so check whether the box you are looking at is this year's before you compare prices.
- Step 03
Start from the ones we have opened
0 of the 8 here carry an editors' pick and 7 have a written score. Those are the boxes somebody on this site has actually judged. The rest are listed because they exist, not because we are recommending them; being on this page is not a verdict. How we review
