About Virgin Wines Mixed Wine 2025
Virgin Wines' 25th-anniversary mixed calendar for 2025 was Christmas Street, a hand-illustrated box of 25 doors: 24 bottles of 187 ml, reds, whites, a rosé and a 20 cl Casa Defra Prosecco, and behind day 25 a full 75 cl bottle made for the anniversary, Steve Grimley's Legacy Shiraz 2022 from McLaren Vale. Virgin printed all 25 with grape, region and vintage: a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, a Chilean Merlot, two Malbecs, a Touriga Nacional and an Alvarinho from Portugal, an Albariño from the US, a Sicilian Carricante, a Pinot Noir and a Grenache rosé from France, ten countries in all.
