About Wasgij Christmas Advent Calendar 2026: Christmas TV Special
Wasgij's puzzle calendar for 2026 is the Christmas TV Special: 24 doors, each hiding its own 54-piece jigsaw of about 16.5 by 11.5 cm, and together they follow Santa around the Hollybush Studios as he dashes between film and TV sets, from chaotic cook-offs to glittery game shows. Every puzzle keeps the Wasgij twist: the picture on the box is not what you build, so each day you piece together what happens next from the clues.
The puzzles are cut from recycled board with FSC-certified materials, and Jumbo puts the age at 15 and up. 32.99 GBP at Booghe in the UK, in stock when checked on 25 September; wasgij.com shows the box but does not sell it.

A good fit for an advent calendar: a small puzzle each evening, and the Wasgij trick of building what happens next rather than copying the lid keeps 54 pieces from being a formality. Serious puzzlers will be done in ten minutes a day; for everyone else that is the point.
